Arktos is browser-based software that helps tattoo artists transform an artist-supplied reference into editable stencil linework. It provides digital generation, refinement, annotation, and export tools; it does not sell physical goods or perform tattoo services.

Features, models, credit costs, supported formats, and availability are described on the website and inside the workspace. Material changes will be reflected in the current public information before they apply to a new purchase.

The Arktos and Graphbit names, visual identities, website, software, and original product materials are protected by their respective rights. No license to copy or represent the brand is granted except as expressly stated in the Terms of Service.

Artists keep their rights in original references and artwork. Users must have the rights, licenses, and permissions required for every reference they upload and every result they use or publish.

Arktos is a creative production aid, not an autonomous tattooing system. Generated linework can contain omissions, interpretation errors, or artifacts and must be reviewed and adjusted by a qualified artist.

Nothing on the site is medical, hygiene, safety, or legal advice. The artist remains responsible for client consent, placement, suitability, hygiene, technical execution, and the final decision to use a stencil on skin.

Arktos offers monthly credit plans and one-time credit purchases. For transactions processed through Polar, Polar acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, payment methods, subscription management, and eligible refund requests.
