These Terms form the agreement between you and the individual operator doing business under the independent Graphbit brand when you access or use Arktos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
01
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Arktos for a studio or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account, upload a reference, or purchase credits. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not excluded by these Terms.
02
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. One person may not use another person's account without permission.
Arktos may require email verification, anti-abuse checks, or additional information. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, billing integrity, the service, or its infrastructure.
03
Generation flow and credits
You upload a reference, select a model, style, resolution, and available processing options, and receive the credit cost before confirming generation. Credits are reserved when processing starts and committed for a completed billable result; a failed non-billable attempt releases the reservation.
Monthly credits are used first and reset at the beginning of each new paid billing period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits purchased separately remain available until used while the account remains open. Credit costs vary by model, resolution, and operation and are displayed before confirmation.
04
Plans, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that automatically renew at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Taxes and localized amounts are calculated or confirmed by Polar during checkout.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal available in Arktos or through the management link in Polar's transaction emails. Cancellation prevents future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it is not the same as a refund.
05
Your references and results
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You grant Graphbit and the service providers used by Arktos a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the requested service.
Only upload content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, client-consent, and other permissions connected to your references and the results you create from them.
06
Portraits and likeness consent
Do not use Arktos for face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, deceptive content, or generation based on a person's likeness without explicit consent or another valid legal right. Do not upload private or intimate imagery.
When a reference depicts a client or another identifiable person, you confirm that the person has consented to the intended use or that you otherwise have a lawful basis to process and use the image.
07
Acceptable use
Do not use Arktos to break the law, infringe rights, harass or harm others, create prohibited content, distribute malware, probe security, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, resell account access, or access data or systems that are not yours.
Arktos may reject a reference or request, remove access, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and other people.
08
Output review is your responsibility
AI-assisted output is probabilistic and may not be unique, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular body placement or technique. Similar results may be produced for other users.
Every stencil must be reviewed, refined, and approved by a qualified artist before use. Arktos does not guarantee originality, legal clearance, tattoo safety, healing outcomes, or suitability for application to skin.
09
Availability and local project copies
Arktos may change models, features, credit costs, or technical limits, and may pause the service for maintenance, security, provider availability, or events outside reasonable control. Changes do not remove rights already granted by mandatory law.
The project library saves a local browser copy for convenience, while references and results are also transmitted to remote infrastructure to perform generation. Clearing browser data can remove local projects. You are responsible for exporting and backing up work you need to keep.
10
Final sales and refund exceptions
Graphbit does not offer voluntary refunds for subscriptions or credit purchases after digital access or credits have been delivered. Purchases are final except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Polar approves a refund under its applicable buyer terms and refund process.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for technical-failure requests, mandatory rights, and the Polar request process.
11
Disclaimers and responsibility
Arktos is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Graphbit does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will meet a user's creative, technical, or commercial expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphbit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on generated output, lost local browser data, unauthorized content, or professional tattoo decisions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12
Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated to reflect service, billing, security, or legal changes. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service or account email.
Questions about these Terms or an account can be sent to Graphbit at jeronimodepruebas@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of the public information governing Arktos.
