These plain-language interim terms set the current expectations for using Arktos. They will be finalized with counsel-reviewed legal details as the public service documentation is completed.
01
Acceptance and scope
These interim Terms describe the expected rules for using Arktos, an AI-assisted tattoo stencil workspace in the GhostLine suite. By accessing the public site or workspace, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
A complete counsel-reviewed agreement, including the legal entity and governing jurisdiction, will replace this interim version when published.
02
Accounts and access
Some parts of Arktos require a GhostLine account. Keep your account details secure, provide accurate information, and do not share access in a way that could compromise your account or the service.
We may limit or suspend access where it is reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or its infrastructure.
03
Your content and rights
Only submit references, artwork, and other material that you have the right to use. You remain responsible for securing any permissions, consents, and licenses needed for the content you upload and the work you create from it.
Arktos does not claim ownership of your original artwork. The Arktos name, visual identity, and product materials remain protected by their respective rights holders.
04
Credits, plans, and billing
Some features may use credits or require a plan. The applicable price, credit cost, and checkout details should be presented before you confirm a purchase or generation.
Payments and billing may be handled through GhostLine or a third-party processor. Any plan changes, cancellations, taxes, or refunds are subject to the terms shown during checkout and the final published service terms.
05
Responsible use
Do not use Arktos to infringe rights, break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, probe its security, or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
Do not present generated output as a guarantee of originality, safety, medical suitability, or a finished tattoo-ready design without professional review.
06
Creative review remains yours
Arktos is a creative tool, not an autonomous tattooing system. Every generated stencil should be checked, refined, and approved by a qualified artist before use.
You remain responsible for the final design, client communication and consent, hygiene, placement, technical execution, and each decision that takes place before a tattoo is applied.
07
Availability and changes
We are continuously improving Arktos and may change, pause, or retire features when needed. We aim to present the workspace clearly, but cannot promise that every feature or output will always be available, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
Your use of the service is at your own discretion. Review output carefully and keep copies of any work you need to retain.
08
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the product and its legal documentation mature. The date above identifies the latest interim version, and continued use after a published update will be subject to the current terms.
Formal legal entity details, registered address, jurisdiction, and a dedicated legal contact channel will be added after legal review. For account help in the meantime, use your GhostLine support channel.
