  1. 01Digital delivery
  2. 02No voluntary refunds
  3. 03Subscription cancellation

  5. 05How to request help

All Arktos purchases are digital. Graphbit does not provide voluntary refunds after subscription access or purchased credits are delivered, except where law requires otherwise or Paddle approves a request under its buyer terms.

01

Digital delivery

Monthly plan credits and one-time credit purchases are delivered to the Arktos account after Paddle confirms payment. The workspace and credit balance are digital services with no physical shipment.

Before paying, checkout shows the product, billing interval where applicable, amount, currency, and taxes. The Arktos pricing section explains monthly resets and the cost of common generation options.

02

No voluntary refunds

Subscription payments and one-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable once access or credits have been delivered. Graphbit does not provide refunds for unused time, unused credits, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an artist-reviewed AI result, or failure to cancel before renewal.

This final-sale rule does not limit mandatory consumer rights, Paddle's obligations as Merchant of Record, or remedies for a product that is materially unavailable or not supplied as described.

03

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Arktos billing portal or Paddle's management link. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation is not a refund. Monthly credits continue to follow the current billing-period rules, and separately purchased credits remain available while the account remains open unless a refund, chargeback, fraud review, or legal requirement reverses the related transaction.

04

Mandatory rights and technical failures

Where applicable law gives you a non-waivable withdrawal or refund right, that right applies. Paddle may also review requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, persistent material technical failures, or other circumstances under Paddle's buyer terms.

A failed non-billable generation normally releases its reserved Arktos credits automatically and is not a payment refund. If credits remain incorrectly charged after a failed request, contact Graphbit so the generation record can be investigated.

05

How to request help

For a generation or account issue, email jeronimodepruebas@gmail.com with your account email, transaction reference if available, and a concise description. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.

Refund eligibility and payment reversal are handled through Paddle. Use the receipt or Manage Subscription link sent by Paddle, the billing link in your Arktos account, or Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net. Approved refunds may remove the corresponding credits or product access.
