This plain-language interim notice explains the role of information in the current Arktos experience. It will be finalized with counsel-reviewed processing details before the public policy is complete.
01
What this notice covers
This interim Privacy Notice explains, in plain language, how information may be handled when you visit Arktos or use the AI-assisted tattoo stencil workspace in the GhostLine suite.
It is a concise public overview. A final counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy, including the legal entity, jurisdiction, and complete data-processing details, will replace this notice when published.
02
Information you provide
Depending on how you use Arktos, you may provide account details, contact information, uploaded references, stencil settings, generated results, billing information, and messages sent to support.
Only upload content you are entitled to use. If a reference includes personal, client, or sensitive material, make sure you have an appropriate reason and permission to use it with the service.
03
How information supports the service
Information may be used to create and deliver stencil work, maintain your account, process credits or payments, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability and product quality.
We aim to use information only where it is relevant to operating Arktos, meeting applicable obligations, or communicating about your account and service activity.
04
Service providers and transfers
Arktos may use GhostLine account services, payment processors, cloud storage, infrastructure providers, and other technology partners to operate the workspace. Those providers may process information on behalf of the service under their own applicable terms and safeguards.
We do not sell personal information as part of the Arktos experience. Any disclosure required by law, to complete a requested transaction, or to protect the service will be handled in line with the final published policy.
05
Retention and security
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational or legal needs, resolve issues, and enforce applicable agreements. Retention periods will be detailed in the final Privacy Policy.
No online system is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect service information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
06
Your choices and control
You can choose what you upload, manage available account settings, and contact support about your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about processing.
We will provide a dedicated privacy contact and a clear process for these requests when the final policy is published.
07
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as Arktos and its legal documentation mature. The date above shows the latest interim version, and material changes will be reflected in the published notice.
Formal legal entity details, registered address, jurisdiction, and a dedicated privacy contact channel will be added after legal review. For account help in the meantime, use your GhostLine support channel.
