This Policy applies to the public Arktos website, account and authentication flows, the stencil workspace, local project library, billing integration, and support communications.

Account information can include your name, email, studio name, business type, country, currency, language, password-derived security data, verification state, and Google sign-in identifiers when that option is used.

Workspace information can include uploaded references, selected styles and models, generation settings, generated results, annotations, exports, credit usage, technical request identifiers, device or network security information, and messages you send to support.

Information is used to create and secure accounts, prevent abuse, quote and reserve credits, process references, produce requested results, maintain local project history, provide support, operate billing, investigate failures, and meet legal obligations.

Graphbit does not sell personal information. Uploaded images are not used to train a Graphbit-owned model. AI providers process references and instructions to perform the generation you request under their applicable API or service terms.

The Arktos project library stores a browser-local copy of source images, results, and edits so you can reopen recent work on that device. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or removing a project can delete that local copy.

Generation is not local-only. A source reference is uploaded to protected object storage and transmitted through Graphbit's backend to the stencil service and selected AI provider. Generated assets are returned to the browser and may also remain in object storage for up to 30 days before lifecycle deletion.

Arktos uses service providers for hosting and delivery, anti-abuse verification, authentication, object storage, infrastructure, email, and AI inference. These can include Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI, and compatible cloud-storage providers, depending on the feature used.

Polar processes checkout as Merchant of Record. Graphbit receives transaction, customer, subscription, tax-location, and payment-status information needed to grant credits and manage access, but does not receive full card details.

Uploaded source images and generated output objects are configured to expire after 30 days. Temporary signed links normally expire sooner. Local project copies remain until you remove them or clear the relevant browser storage.

Account, credit-ledger, security, support, and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Polar retains payment records under its own privacy and legal requirements.

Arktos uses necessary cookies or equivalent storage for sessions, CSRF protection, language preference, account security, and Cloudflare Turnstile. The current product does not use those necessary technologies to sell personal information.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including HTTPS, restricted storage access, signed upload and download links, HttpOnly session cookies, and anti-abuse controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can choose what to upload, remove browser-local projects, manage billing through Polar, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some ledger, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained.

Privacy rights vary by location. Requests can be sent to jeronimodepruebas@gmail.com from the account email. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, Graphbit relies on provider safeguards and contractual mechanisms for those transfers.
